Attorney Robert E. Perry, is a 1995 graduate of New England School of Law.   For over 15 years, Attorney Perry applied his skills to the business industry assisting the service industries in sales, marketing and contractual matters.   Attorney Perry’s practical experience will provide his clients with the “real world experience so essential in today’s hard economy.  Attorney Perry has already attended additional educational sessions on the small business and plans on attending sessions in the landlord/tenant areas.

Attorney Biedak Attends Health Lawyers’ Long Term Care and The Law Conference

Program Description

This premier program addresses the legal issues facing all providers within the post-acute and long term care spectrum. The conference features some of the best, most in-depth regulatory and legal sessions for in-house, outside counsel, and providers alike. In addition to topics of interest to counsel for skilled nursing facilities, this year's program continues to include a track of sessions on the legal issues facing assisted living facilities.

Attorney Biedak stated that with the increased expectations and concerns addressing health care reform, the potential for drastic changes to post-acute services is almost a surety.  Most health care reform proposals include a bundling provision to attempt to minimize SNF re-admissions to acute care hospitals.  SNF’s leadership must be ready for reform.  Attending this conference provides our office with additional tools to assist those leaders caring for our Nation’s “Greatest Generation” in SNFs.

Firm Readies to Add Associate:

On April 1, 2010, Attorney Robert Perry, (1995), will join the Firm as an associate.   With the added volume already witnessed in the Firm’s healthcare sector, adding resources was essential.  With the addition of Attorney Perry, the firm will continue to be able expand, and meet the needs of its physician, SNF, acute care hospital and chiropractic client needs.
